All orders will be delivered within 7 working days.

What are the delivery charges?
Novellas.co.in will inform the shipping charges at the time of check out. All the orders below Rs. 200/- will be prepaid orders only. There is an additional convenience fee of Rs 75/- applied if you select Cash On Delivery option for payment. Shipping charges will be waived off for billing > Rs.500.

What is the estimated delivery time?
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days. The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the respective page. For designs with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below the availability message. 

What are the payment options ?
Novellas.co.in has a tie-up with Razor pay hence you can pay via credit card, debit card and UPI.

How will the delivery be done?
We send all packages via reputed couriers only.

Are there any other costs?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include GST and other taxes.

How do I track my shipment?
Novellas.co.in uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. 

Does Novellas sell internationally?
No, Currently Novellas.co.in sells products only in India

What pin codes do you ship to?
Novellas.co.in has Cash On Delivery option available on selected pin codes. To check the availability of COD service, please put your pin code at the time of check out.
